Terms and Conditions
LEAD WITH INTENTION ACCELERATOR
Programme Agreement
This Agreement is made between:
Intentional Steps Ltd (“the Provider”, “we”, “us”)
and
The Participant (“you”, “your”).
By purchasing a place on and/or participating in the Lead With Intention Accelerator, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
1. THE PROGRAMME
The Lead With Intention Accelerator is a six-week leadership coaching experience designed for women in leadership who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence and intention.
The programme provides a focused and developmental space for participants to explore their leadership practice, strengthen their self-awareness and translate insight into meaningful action.
The programme consists of:

Six live facilitated sessions delivered across six weeks;
-
Leadership development exploration and facilitated discussion;
-
Practical leadership tools, frameworks and exercises;
-
Reflective activities and development work between sessions;
-
Supporting programme materials and resources, where applicable.
The programme is developmental in nature and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice or other specialist professional services.
2. PROGRAMME DATES AND DELIVERY
Following a 30 minute discovery call, the programme will run from dates outlined in the confirmation email sent. Dates and times are to be agreed from the outset and calendar invites will be sent accordingly.
The programme will be delivered online.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable technology, internet access and a private environment from which to participate in online sessions.
Intentional Steps Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session dates, facilitators, content or delivery arrangements where circumstances require this. Where a material change is necessary, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.
3. PROGRAMME FEE AND PAYMENT
The total investment for the Lead With Intention Accelerator is £2100
Payment may be made:
Option 1: Payment in full
£2100 payable at the time of registration.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Your place on the programme is reserved specifically for you.
If you choose to withdraw from the programme after it has commenced, no refund will be provided for sessions attended or missed, and any outstanding balance under an agreed payment plan will remain payable.
At the sole discretion of Intentional Steps Ltd, exceptional circumstances may be considered on an individual basis. Any decision made in such circumstances does not create an obligation to make the same arrangement in future cases.
5. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
The Lead With Intention Accelerator is designed as a live, interactive programme. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions and engage fully with the programme.
The Participant accepts responsibility for:

Attending sessions punctually;
-
Participating in a way that supports their own learning
-
Completing reflection or development activities where appropriate;
-
Communicating respectfully
-
Taking responsibility for their own decisions, actions and implementation following the programme.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Lead With Intention Accelerator is intended to provide a psychologically safe and respectful development environment.
Participants may share professional experiences, leadership challenges and personal reflections during the programme.
You agree not to disclose, reproduce or share another participant’s personal story, experience, identity, organisational information or confidential contribution outside the programme without that person’s explicit permission.
Intentional Steps Ltd will treat participant contributions as confidential, subject to the limitations set out below.
Confidentiality may be broken where:

There is a serious and immediate concern regarding risk of harm to the Participant or another person;

Disclosure is required by law;
-
There is a safeguarding concern that requires appropriate action;
-
Information relates to serious misconduct or unlawful activity that requires escalation.
While Intentional Steps Ltd establishes clear expectations regarding confidentiality, all participants are expected to honour the confidentiality commitments contained in this Agreement.
7. PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANISATIONAL CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants are responsible for ensuring that any workplace examples or case studies they bring to the programme are shared appropriately.
Participants should anonymise sensitive information and must not disclose information that breaches:

Their employment contract;
-
Organisational confidentiality requirements;
-
Data protection obligations;
-
Professional codes of ethics;
-
Legal or regulatory duties.
The Participant remains responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to share within the programme environment.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programme content and materials created and supplied by Intentional Steps Ltd remain the intellectual property of Intentional Steps Ltd unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Workbooks;
-
Slides and presentations;
-
Models and frameworks;
-
Exercises and reflective tools;
-
Templates;
-
Videos and audio materials;
-
Written resources;
-
Programme recordings, where applicable.
Materials are provided for the Participant’s personal and professional development.
You may not, without prior written permission:
-
Reproduce programme materials for commercial use;
-
Deliver or teach the programme content as your own;
-
Share paid programme materials with individuals who are not registered participants;
-
Upload materials to publicly accessible platforms;
-
Record, reproduce or distribute programme sessions;
-
Use Intentional Steps Ltd intellectual property to create a substantially similar commercial programme.
Nothing in this Agreement prevents a Participant from applying their personal learning and insights within their own leadership practice.
9. RECORDING AND USE OF AI TECHNOLOGY
Participants may not make audio, video or screen recordings of programme sessions without the prior written agreement of Intentional Steps Ltd and all affected participants.
The use of AI meeting assistants, transcription bots, automated note-taking tools or similar technology during live programme sessions is not permitted unless expressly authorised in advance.
This provision is intended to protect confidentiality, psychological safety and the integrity of the development space.
10. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive and professional learning environment.
Intentional Steps Ltd reserves the right to address behaviour that is disruptive, discriminatory, abusive, threatening or significantly detrimental to the experience or psychological safety of others.
Where serious or repeated concerns arise, Intentional Steps Ltd may remove a Participant from the programme. Where removal results from a serious breach of this Agreement or unacceptable conduct, no refund will be due.
11. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OUTCOMES
Intentional Steps Ltd is committed to delivering the programme with professional skill, care and integrity.
However, leadership development is a collaborative process and outcomes will vary between participants.
We do not guarantee:
-
Promotion;
-
Increased income;
-
Employment or career progression;
-
Business growth;
-
Specific organisational outcomes;
-
Resolution of workplace disputes;
-
Any particular personal or professional result.
The Participant retains responsibility for their decisions, actions, relationships and implementation of learning arising from the programme.
12. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND WELLBEING
The programme may involve reflection on leadership identity, confidence, relationships, communication, boundaries, conflict and other potentially challenging areas of professional experience.
Participants are responsible for determining what they wish to share and for managing their own participation.
If a Participant requires therapeutic, medical, legal, HR, financial or other specialist support, they are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Intentional Steps Ltd may recommend that a particular issue is more appropriately explored outside the programme where it falls beyond the scope of leadership development.

13. DATA PROTECTION
Intentional Steps Ltd will process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Participant information will be used for purposes connected with:

Programme administration;
-
Payment processing;
-
Programme communication;
-
Delivery of services;
-
Providing relevant programme materials and resources;
-
Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
-
Systems that manage data
Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
Where third-party platforms are used to support programme delivery, such as video conferencing, payment processing or email systems, data may also be processed in accordance with the relevant provider’s terms and privacy arrangements.
14. TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK
Participants may be invited to provide feedback or a testimonial following the programme.
Providing a testimonial is entirely voluntary.
Intentional Steps Ltd will not publish an identifiable testimonial, photograph, video testimonial or case study without appropriate consent.
Anonymous feedback may be used for programme evaluation and service improvement.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, Intentional Steps Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions or actions taken by the Participant following programme discussions, teaching, reflection or participation.
The Participant remains responsible for exercising their own professional judgement and, where appropriate, obtaining relevant specialist advice.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Intentional Steps Ltd will not be liable for failure or delay in delivering the programme where this is caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control.
Where such circumstances affect programme delivery, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the affected session or provide an appropriate alternative.
17. COMMUNICATION
Programme-related communication will be sent using the contact details provided by the Participant during registration.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain current and for checking programme communications, including information about session dates, access links and programme resources.

18. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the understanding between Intentional Steps Ltd and the Participant in relation to participation in the Lead With Intention Accelerator.
Any variation to these terms must be agreed in writing.

ACCEPTANCE
By submitting the intake form, completing registration, making payment and/or participating in the Lead With Intention Accelerator, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
